US Representative Peter Roskam Visits ASC

Representative Roskam was joined by the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (ASCA) National President, William Prentice, and SCA Field-Operations President, Ron Ladniak, who led a tour of the facility.
The group engaged in a lengthy discussion on Medicare payment disparities for ASCs, and important information was shared with Representative Roskam on ASC efficiencies and benefits to the Medicare program. The visit was highly beneficial and Representative Roskam was very interested in learning more about the ASC health care delivery model. Representative Roskam is Chair of the influential subcommittee on Health on Ways and Means and IASCA is excited to further develop our relationship with the Congressman.
