IASCA Member Recognized with Prestigious Award

Effingham Surgery Center has been named a recipient of the 2018 Press Ganey Guardian Of Excellence Award. The Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award is a nationally-recognized symbol of achievement in health care. Press Ganey awards the recognition to healthcare organizations that achieved patient experience performance in the 95th percentile or above among other its clients. Recipients of the award must have remained in top 5 percentile of all Press Ganey clients for each period of the year.
Patrick T. Ryan, CEO of Press Ganey, praised Effingham Surgery Center‘s dedication and commitment to their patients. “They are truly dedicated to delivering exceptional care in the communities they serve, and their commitment to capturing and acting on patient experience feedback is a very powerful demonstration of this” he said in a statement.
